LINDA HAMILTON
Linda Hamilton brings deep expertise and leadership to every transaction with over 45 years in the escrow industry. Starting her career in 1976 in Antelope Valley, she has managed and closed all types of escrows—from residential and commercial to REOs and subdivisions.​
Linda has held key roles in both independent and title-affiliated escrow companies, including managing multi-county operations and high-liability commercial offices. She is a Certified Senior Escrow Officer and Certified Escrow Instructor, and has served on the boards of CEA, VCEA, and EIC.
Her decades of experience, combined with a love for learning and mentoring, make her a trusted leader in the field.

CHERYL HARTWELL
With over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations — including more than 20 years in senior leadership — Cheryl has led teams, mentored staff, and advanced organizational success with accuracy, dedication, and a people-focused approach.
Cheryl began her early career supervising a team in the loan payoff department within a title company, building a strong foundation that now informs her role as Controller of California Coastline Escrow, Inc.
Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, spending time near the ocean, and creating intuitive abstract art.
Licensed by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation and bonded by the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation, and in compliance with all current CFPB regulations. License #96DBO-171861.
